* The jobholder is responsible to coordinates all property projects, to control, manage and monitor appointed third party consultants, contractors, and suppliers in terms of program, cost and quality
Requirements:
* Hold Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
* Has minimum 7 years experience in project management or minimum 5 years at managerial level
* Excellent interpersonal skills & service orientation
* Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
* Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
* Has a strong drive to succeed
