Customer Service
(Jakarta Selatan)
Responsibilities:
* Handling complaint
* Handling incoming & outgoing call
* Responsible for providing & maintaning excellent services to customers (provide BPKB, Car Insurance, Document Contrac etc)
Requirements:
* Female, max 25 years old
* Min D3 any major
* Excellent negotiation, mature with good interpersonal skill, creative problem solving and good appearance
* Preferable fluent in English
* Have min. 1 year experience in the same field
* Familiar with MS Office
