HRD SUPERVISOR (HRD-Spv)
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Female, age max. 32 years old
· Min.S1 degree Psychology/Management/Law/
· Preferable minimum 3 years experienced in similar position
· Computer literate; MS Office
· Fluency in English
· Strong motivated, willing to work hard and underpressure
· Strong analytical thinking and good interpersonal communication skills
· Having pleasant personality
· Have a good leadership
· Job location in Jakarta
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
· Strong knowledge about ISO 9000 & Health Safety Management
· Strong knowledge about Employment´s Regulation (UU Tenaga Kerja)
· Familiar with Psychological Tools
